Lisa had been working as a receptionist at a law firm for over 20 years. She had become comfortable with her routine and felt like she knew everything about the job. But one day, her boss informed her that the firm was implementing a new computer system, and all employees would have to learn how to use it. Lisa felt anxious and overwhelmed.
